About

What the service offers

What we fundamentally want in life is to feel happy and content in our skin, to have a purpose, to be in a loving relationship, and to have the capacity to cope with what life throws at us. It can be difficult to resist over-analysing and blaming ourselves. We allow our emotions to overtake us and end up just sad and hopeless.

I can offer you a space to help you develop positive coping behaviours and constructive thinking which will enable you to overcome these challenges and create the kind of life where joy seeps back in. I can work with you to help you identify those inner resources and strengths and manage those negative emotions that are draining you.

I also offer you a space where we walk through a journey of loss, suffering or trauma, and move to a place where acceptance, kindness and hope return. A place to talk, a place to be yourself, to rediscover yourself and to find peace and empowerment.

Sometimes it is good to make an investment in yourself. We have one life to lead, and finding ways to bring back joy will bring about a positive transformation and can turn your life around.
